One mockup revision is included as part of our standard service. If further adjustments are needed beyond this initial revision, additional mockup changes can be accommodated for an added fee.

Lead Times

Production time for custom orders is 4-6 weeks after proof approval and will vary depending on project scope. Lead time during our peak season between August and December is 6-8 weeks after proof approval.

Yes, lead times can be expedited for urgent orders. We offer expedited services for an additional fee to ensure your order is processed and delivered within your required timeframe.

Our minimum order value is $500 for standard products and $750 for custom products, minimum order quantity is dependant on price per unit.

Because WOODCHUCK USA products are 100% custom, there are no refunds or returns unless the product is deemed “Defective” upon receipt. All sales are final.
